• You are entitled to a refund of your service order within 10 days with a valid reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned services. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for a refund:

In order for the services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The services were purchased in the last 7 working days.

The following services cannot be refunded:

• The supply of services is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of services which, according to the nature, are not suitable for a refund

We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
